Councillor Brown. Thank you. Thank you worship. I'll be very quick. Uh, I voted an opposition to this at the first three bylaw readings went back and revisited everything in hopes that I would be able to find support. And I'm even more convinced now that I'm in opposition. So just want to make that very clear. Thank you.
