We sent out a whole bunch of questionnaires to the development community to respond it. What staff then did was go back out, get in touch with a bunch of other people. And they heard very much the same thing. There was definitely a capacity issue, but also some of the development community was saying, listen, let's, let's try this out, see how it goes. We'll come back and make changes as the need comes forward. So I appreciate Councillor Brown asking the question because I was very concerned about that. So I got the answer that I wanted. And we'll be voting favor of the adoption.

Consultants that are involved in this work. And, uh, limited, um, response. It could be due to capacity. I

don't. Know. Okay. Um, so okay. I'm going to vote in favor. I won't be around. When a lot of these sidewalks get built on council. But if anyone is, I'm very concerned that the cost of some of this stuff is going to be very, very high and will be realised in the affordability equation. And I think it should be not going to make any motions, but I think people should put it in their calendar to have
