Sheryl Armstrong Yes

Armstrong, Eastbearn, Guesslebrock in order. Thank you. Two questions for you. If I may, um, why did we decrease the sidewalks from 4. 6 to 3.
Armstrong. Oh, no, I was just going to say that's what Mr. Rose said that we've done all the low hanging fruit. Now we're into the more expensive sidewalks. So just basic. Yeah.

Hilary Eastmure Yes

Councillor Gusselbrook. Uh, thank you. Through you. Yeah. My first question was about the change in the sidewalk widths, but that does make sense to be because I certainly have noticed that areas where it is the really wide sidewalk. And I think the flexible 1. 6 metre zone where it can be landscaped or there can be seeding or utility boxes that I think makes a lot more sense to me. Um, with the change to the modelled turning movement analysis instead of the minimum intersection radius requirement. Is that expected to result in larger or smaller requirements.

Janice Perrino Yes

Thank you. Your worship. And just, um, just a question. Under a communication and Community engagement, these draft documents were distributed for review and comment to over 150 different contacts, including engineers, surveyors, contractors. Developers, biologists and planners. Only two responded. That, that to me was a real shock. And I understand that you did reach out to several so that you would get a more rounded. So assuming once this rolls out, if we hear of problems and things that we missed, can we make changes later on? Because it concerns me that we did not, you know, and I, when I read it through, it's difficult for me not actually working on with it on a day - to - day basis to understand how it works.

Broak: Thanks, Amir, through you. Just a question on the cash and Lou. How does the scope? And I guess primarily I'm interested in sort of those scenarios that we've talked about in the past where there is, um, transportation amenities, uh, that seem kind of like stuck out in the middle of, of a road out of place. Um, and without development on either side happening, um, will this address those more egregious, uh, examples, um, is it sort

of applied to something different. Thank you. Yes. Through your worship. That's the intent. That's the hope of how, uh, the cash and loop provisions will work. Um, the provision in the bylaw and the way that the cash and lieu that we have available to us will work is typically only where there's, you know, projects within a certain, you know, area. So do we know that the city project at the intersection or down that road, uh, that's coming in the future. Um, or is there an opportunity for combination of resources of multiple developments that are happening at the same time? So it won't be, you know, um, development in the north end. Financing road works in the south end. It won't work that way. It will have to be on more localized. Scale, but we are

hoping that it will reduce that piecemeal kind of approach to, to works. And in some cases, that's necessary and totally understandable. But in some cases, it's this may provide a little bit more flexibility despite it being, uh, more localized in the application of cash. Cool. That's great. Thanks for putting the effort and trying to figure out those
