Liquor Licence Amendment Application No. LA169 - 150 Skinner Street

To present for Council’s consideration an application for a temporary change to the hours of an existing liquor primary licence to permit earlier liquor service for 12 scheduled matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup at 150 Skinner Street.

That Council recommend that the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch approve the application for a temporary change to the hours of an existing liquor primary licence to permit liquor service earlier than 11:00am during the 2026 FIFA World Cup at 150 Skinner Street as outlined in the “ Proposed Temporary Change to Hours” section of the Staff Report dated 2026-MAY-25.
