Lease Disposition to BC Housing - 354 Haliburton Street

To seek Council approval to issue a 60-year lease to the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (“BC Housing”) of City-owned land located at 354 Haliburton Street to facilitate BC Housing’s construction of an outdoor amenity space and two off-site parking stalls to complement their development of a supportive housing project at 355 Nicol Street.

That Council approve the disposition of a 60-year lease of City-owned land located at 354 Haliburton Street to the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation.
