To seek Council approval to issue a 60-year lease to the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (“BC Housing”) of City-owned land located at 354 Haliburton Street to facilitate BC Housing’s construction of an outdoor amenity space and two off-site parking stalls to complement their development of a supportive housing project at 355 Nicol Street.

And thank you to councilor Prino. I also picked up on that. And I'm just flagging that having the gates open. On an unlocked space during the day, but open at night in that neighborhood might invite camping. It might invite. Some activity that we're actively trying. To dissuade in that neighborhood. So I'm just flagging that the question I have is about the operator intends to set up and manage a booking system that would allow community groups to book the amenity space. I think that's wonderful. That would be a great use of the food forest.

Panel. It was a really wonderful landscape plan. I think it's the bar to which we compare. All other landscape plans now, and it had the retaining of much of what existed in the food forest. So thanks for that work, and I'm really confident that it's going to be a beautiful space that respects what's there and really adds to it. So thank you.
