I mean, when you think of a financial report, you think of the audit. Financial report. But in fact, this is much more fulsome of what is going on in the community. I found page ten. Was very interesting. It's always amazing to me how much this city grows, but we fail to recognize the fact that really the public, from Lady Smith through the regional district on up through Landsville and of course, Parksville and Qualicum often come down to an Imo to do the shopping. So when we think of ourselves as a community of 107,800 and. 65. We are probably shopping the service community. Is several thousand more than that. So I just want to say excellent work. Thank you.
