Development Permit Application No. DP1218 - 41 and 45 Haliburton Street

It was moved and seconded that Council issue Development Permit No. DP1218 for a multi-family residential development at 41 and 45 Haliburton Street with the following variances to: • increase the maximum allowable building height from 14.00m to 15.76m; • reduce the minimum front yard setback for an underground parking structure from 1.8m to 0.9m; and, • reduce the minimum refuse receptacle enclosure setback on the north property line from 3.00m to 1.45m.
