It was moved and seconded that Council issue Development Permit No. DP1220 for a residential development at 4961 Songbird Place with the following variances to: - increase the maximum allowable building height from 18m to 18.42m; and - reduce the front yard setback for a portion of the building from 3.5m to 2.45m.
