That the motion be amended to replace the words “Prepare a Development Cost Charge bylaw to establish new rates for sanitary sewer, drainage, water distribution, water supply, parks and roads with an implementation date of January 2028” with “Prepare a Development Cost Charge bylaw to establish new rates for sanitary sewer, drainage, water distribution, water supply, parks and roads with an implementation date of January 2027”. The vote was taken on the amendment.
