Councilor hemmons. Thank you, worship. I'm really pleased to support this project. And I just want to make a note that when people ask how the city supports affordable housing, this is one of the ways that we're offering city land for affordable housing to be built on. I was really glad to see the 35 unit cap. That's something that we've been working with PC housing on for some time and it's nice to see it evolving in projects. I'm really glad to see the nation here tonight and glad to note the engagement throughout. The process that's really rewarding for me. Like councilor Esmere said, I love the landscape plan. And just for those who haven't read the report, the amenity space will be developed as a sacred garden and amenity features including natural play elements, gathering spaces with seating, et cetera, et cetera. So, really glad. To see that. Thank you very much.
