That the following motion be postponed to a future Council Meeting: “That Council endorse the RCMP Nanaimo Detachment Annual Performance Plan priorities for 2026 – 2027 as outlined in the 2026-FEB-11 presentation to the Public Safety Committee with an emphasis on the toxic drug crisis, mental health teams, concerns regarding the custody release procedures pertaining to prolific offenders, and restorative justice.”
