Motion
That Council: 1. approve Development Permit No. DP1263 for a multi -family residential development at 591 Bradley Street with variances as outlined in the “Proposed Variances” section of the Staff report dated 2023-FEB-27; and, 2. direct Staff to secure the conditions outlined in the “Additional Voluntary Contributions” section.
