The design panel. The panel was really impressed with the building design and. I think it really spoke to the amount of work and consultation that's gone into this. And how the building reflects the weaving design is really, really cool, and that's something that we don't get to see with a lot of projects, and it stands out. And speaks to the importance of this project. And. How it's come to be in a really good way, and I appreciate. The items that the design panel recommended regarding revising the fence design. To be semi transparent along the site frontage or the street frontage. Pregna and. Incorporating a window design that. Will make it a little bit quieter for residents. So thank you for making those changes.

Happy to support the variances. Noting a slight concern with the parking variance. If this building is designed for working families. Working families often have a car. So aware of that. Aware of where it sits in the city and that there isn't. A lot of off street parking. I passed 702 nickel every day we did parking variances. On that building, and that neighborhood is really struggling with parking. So just noting that and a question. Probably to staff. Will this be restricted to indigenous families or is this for families broadly in the community?

It's a much needed project and looking forward. And it's a lovely design.
