Yes

Do you have a question? Councillor Gesselbrock? No. Thank you. Councillor Manley? Yeah just a clarification from staff because when I'm looking at this report I'm seeing a variance for the setbacks but I'm not seeing the variance for height. Is there an issue with the height of the building? Is there a balance for that?

No, that would be confirmed through the... what's proposed is in compliance with the by-law, but obviously through the building permitting process, if this were to move on to that stage, the by-law requirements would be reconfirmed there as well. But yeah, the height as proposed is within by-law provisions as it's shown on the table. Thank you. Thank you.

Just a quick question to you to staff. There's no building elevations in the package, is there? There was just reference to heights and things like that. But I just want to make in something that's correct it's just referenced in the table okay so like
