Thank you. Yeah, thanks for the work on this and trying to capture the very wide diversity of usage in the parks and trying to make it so that we're covering the necessary costs and being fair and also supporting the different groups that we want to. So I support the fees and charges amendment. One set of groups that I'm curious, I think, that we should just keep an eye on to see how it's working and impacting, I think, is those groups of, like, zero to 20 people that are for-profit, that are producing services like around youth care, also exercise services that are using parks, you know, with smaller groups of people for, you know, an hour or two weightlifting or exercising where their margins aren't really that big and the for-profit charge is just a bit higher on that threshold to have an impact to make them cause a big, maybe we'll do this somewhere else. or make it not feasible for them to go. And so I'm not 100% sure that we've nailed that yet, but I think that it's one of those things that we just have to see and monitor. And if that sort of range we are hearing from them and seeing them not utilize our parks in a way that I think that we do wanna promote to look to adjust that. Because I think the threshold of like 300 people or lower, it's very different, a group of 20 people compared to 300 people that are charging. And so the specificity, that range in there might be tweaked. But just something to keep an eye on. Thank you. Thank you.
