Though. Thanks, Your worship. Certainly. Through you to Councillor Brown's question. It really is. Looking at the building on the existing city fiber network, city owned fiber network. To ensure that our core services are maintained or expanded, we have redundancy, et cetera, and explore the possibility, the options for whether it's viable to have a community owned fiber system, whether we want to go into the business of being similar to a telco. So it's just to explore that a little bit further. So like establishing a utility, I'm sorry sake, so establishing essentially a telecom utility, city owned, that's sort of the potential, yes. But it's also looking at what the city already has and expanding and ensuring that that's robust. So that's kind of the starting point and then building from there.

It's an in house report and we may lean on a consultant that we've been using for some of the communications work.

I don't think it takes away we have the capability to sketch this out in house at this point.
