Council? Manley, I just. Actually have a quick question for staff, just to clarify. For the public because we've heard concerns about these voting machines in the past, that there is indeed a paper trail that goes. The voting machine basically counts a paper ballot and the paper ballots are there for any disputes. Or for scrutinying purposes. Thank you.

Councilor Manly: Thank you for the question. Yes, you're absolutely right. The voting tabulators are basically counters of a paper ballot system, where folks fill out their paper ballots and enter it into the machine to be counted. So the actual definition and the bylaw means a system that counts and records votes and processes and stores election results, and then it outlines what it's comprised of. But there is logic and accuracy testing done for each of these machines several times. We run through several different scenarios, make sure they work, and there is an audit process that we do afterwards as well, to ensure we pick randomly pick to ensure that the votes were calculated as they said. And, yeah, I hope that answers the question. It does.
