Councilor Perino. Thank you, worship. Just to say, we did receive an email from someone who's very concerned about this development, and I just wanted to say. With the future construction. Of the BC cancer agency for Nanaimo and all of the staff that we will have coming. To town, as well as when we do get the expansion for the hospital and the cast lab. And all of the future staff that will be coming to town. This is an important development, very close to the hospital. It's a good addition for our town.

There that separates it from

adjacent residential. And then my second question is. Access out. Are they building a new access? I'm just really concerned because there's so many near misses on that blind curve already. So where boats will the access be coming out?

Of the building. Thank you. Through your worship. Good question. The access is to the shared driveway there. That leads now into the rec solar, and there's a multifamily development. Further to the north and. It's immediately across from the

access into the commercial plaza there. Yeah, that remains my concern. I won't be voting against it just because of that, but that is a big concern. For me, because I think down the line we're going to have to look at putting lights in there because. It's extremely dangerous
