Appointment of Bylaw Enforcement Officer
Motion
It was moved and seconded that Council appoint Garry McHady as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of City of Nanaimo “Licencing and Control of Animals Bylaw 1995 No. 4923” and “Parks, Recreation and Culture Regulation Bylaw 2008 No. 7073".
