very much, Mr. Holme. Councilor Prince question your worship through you should this pass. The first emotion for the first reading and the second reading if those two were to pass it. Says that direct staff to proceed to a public hearing. So I'm wondering, when would the public hearing be and how do you not? Notify. Do you notify
City staff answered
everybody in the downtown corps? This is a great question through your worship. So because of the number of properties affected, it would just be a broader notification. Community wide. So. It's really. Broad community notification. And in fact, the public hearing is actually not a statutory requirement. The city and its parking bylaw. At the time it was adopted in 2018, included a requirement. To take any amendments to the parking bylaw for public hearing, so it's not a provincial statutory requirement. Something that the council could look at. Removing is a requirement. It's a requirement the council put on itself when it adopted the parking vial in 2018.

Okay, so how soon would it come? Back to the council. Would the public hearing? To that question. It would be June. It would be June. Okay. And when you say. The broader. What do you do, send out notices?
City staff answered
Social media, web advertising, newspaper. Similar to the general zoning bylaw amendment that it affects so many properties. That we'd

advertise that broadly across the community. I know that we'll. Be putting council gas rock will be putting these on the floor and I'll be voting. In favor of them. But I really do look forward to the public hearing and hearing from the public us to their views about this. This is an important change for us. So want to know? How they're feeling about it. Thank you. Thank.
