Nanaimo Operations Centre Update and Phase 1 Opportunity

It was moved and seconded that Council direct Staff to undertake Nanaimo Operations Centre Alternative Phase 1 feasibility assessment of an engineered wetland, storm sewer and multiuse trail, and complete the stage 2 environmental by allocating $120,000 from the General Capital Reserve.
