Motion
It was moved and seconded that Council direct Staff to secure an off-site fire hydrant; an on-site storm water system; an expanded storm water right-of-way; and a covenant securing a community amenity contribution for market housing units and lot consolidation of the subject properties prior to adoption of “Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2021 No. 4500.188”, should Council support the bylaw at third reading.
