Ian Thorpe Yes

Thorpe. Yes, thanks, your worship. Very briefly, to state the obvious. This is such an important project. I personally am so pleased to see it proceed. I would support just about any variance that came. In front of us. So this one of 11 meters I see is not significant at all and happy to support it. Thank you.

Janice Perrino Yes

Well, thank you, you, worship. I wondered the same thing, because the tower that is currently there. Currently that needs to be, of course, replaced or expanded at the bare minimum. It is also within the flight plans, which is interesting that this is in front, but just an interesting piece of information. Years ago. When we built, I was part of. The staff with the cancer center in Kelowna and the bunkers where they put the radiation machines. They have to be 2 meters of solid concrete all the way around. So you need to have 2 meters below and 2 meters above.

Through your worship to Councilor Brown. Good question. Something we can look at through the zoning bilar review. There is a flight path in the area. Related to. The hospital ambulance service. Air ambulance story, and that may have had something to do with. The limited it provided for there. Obviously, they've given consideration to the flight path in this development and would be working through any approvals they'd require
