Paul Manly Yes

Councillor Manley and the Council Review. Thank you, your worship. Yeah, I'm, uh, ready to support this. I'm looking forward to the public hearing. I'm sure that we'll hear a lot of different things about, about this area. But this is the kind of, uh, light industry land that we need in the NIMO.

Hilary Eastmure Yes

Thank you. Councillor Eashmir. Thank you. I really appreciate the level of detail and information provided in this application and the fact that the developer reached out beforehand to give us an opportunity to ask questions. Um. I really enjoyed reading the environmental report from the QEP on this, the level of detail was excellent. Um, it does seem like a tricky site to redevelop. And when wetlands are something that the province is really interested in protecting, it becomes hard for me to envision how we can develop these areas. But I think potentially the way that it can be done in a mindful way. And, um. The mayor spoke earlier about nothing about us without us.
