Consideration of Deferred Discussion re: Loudon Park Improvements Additional Preliminary Options
Motion
That Council increase the budget for the Loudon Park Development project by $5,508,418 to fund the amenity building, dock, and circulation road detailed in Option C.1 funded by $2,675,000 from the Special Initiatives Reserve, $2,776,248 from the Strategic Infrastructure Reserve Fund, and $57,170 from the Sewer Operating Reserve.

Purpose
To provide the Finance and Audit Committee with a summary of five conceptual options for an amenity building(s) for the Loudon Park Improvement Project and, seek a recommendation to Council on a preferred option for further investment in design and development.
Staff recommendation
That the Finance and Audit Committee select one of the building amenity options presented in this report and recommend that Council direct Staff to advance the Loudon Park Improvement Project on the basis of that option.
