Appointment of Bylaw Enforcement Officer

It was moved and seconded that Council appoint Michael Leiding as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer for the City of Nanaimo for the purposes of enforcing City of Nanaimo bylaws in accordance with the Community Charter and Local Government Bylaw Notice Enforcement Act.
