That Council issue Development Permit No. DP1234 for a multi-family residential development at 345 Newcastle Avenue and 360 Stewart Avenue with the following variances to: -increase the maximum allowable building height from 14m to 15m; and -reduce the minimum required parking from 25 parking spaces to 21 parking spaces.
