That Council approve an In-Kind Facility Rental for the Nanaimo Volunteer & Information Centre Society for the use of the Beban Social Centre for the organization’s Annual Appreciation Luncheon for 2023 through 2026 (inclusive), with funding to come from the ‘Other Grants’ operating budget in each year.
