Liquor Licence Application No. LA152 - 601 Bruce Avenue

Motion
That Council recommend that the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch approve the application for a liquor-primary licence at Unit 106, 601 Bruce Avenue (Sip Pub) provided that: 1. live entertainment will be restricted to the indoor pub space only; 2. fencing is to be installed to enclose the patio; and, 3. the liquor licence hours do not extend beyond the proposed hours of 1:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday for the indoor pub area, and 11:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday for the outdoor patio.

Councilor Pre No, thank you, your worship. It was just interesting to read these comments sheets and I happen to live around the corner from quite a large pub and They play music. Regularly. I've never heard it in my house. Never. Lots of traffic never bothered me. The noise never bothered me. I'll be voting in favor of this.
