Councillor Manly Request to attend the Smart City Summit and Expo an the Net Zero City Expo in Taiwan

That Council designate Councillor Paul Manly as the Acting Mayor from March 16 to 22, 2026 and as the City of Nanaimo’s delegate for the March 17 to 21, 2026 Smart City Summit and Expo, and March 17 to 20, 2026 Net Zero City Expo, with related costs to be covered by Councillor Manly and/or event organizers.
