Just a question. I want to say, first of all, I think this is fantastic. That area I know very well. And it's the buildings that are currently there are very tired. So this is a real thrill to see this. So I'm just wondering about the parking situation, what is happening here. and because there is, you talked about, I'm just wondering if you could go through that because there is a paragraph about it, but I'm just wondering if you could explain it a bit more.

Sure, thank you, through your worship, great question. Not sure how much of the detail you'd like me to get into, but I'm happy to cover that. So the parking obviously is limited on the site, but there is an adjacent building. I'm trying to remember the address property that is actually a mixed-use medical office, some retail in the lower floor where the drip coffee and a pharmacy are. There's a significant parking structure in behind that building and part of the proposal here is to secure some of that parking to complement the required parking for for this development and that's provided for that opportunity is actually provided for within the parking bylaw so they can secure required parking off-site which is what they're proposing to do in the adjacent parking structure on the

property next door. Okay that's great thank you so much I appreciate that because that is there is a lot of parking in the building there so I just wasn't sure exactly if that was going to be part of the plan and will this be a phased in approach should this go forward tonight? I'm sorry the building the building of it will be a phased in project because there's some considerable office space

In the lab and that kind of thing that will be affected. Yeah, through your worship. So this, the intention here is to just develop on the corner. The existing vacant building there would be demolished and redeveloped in this five-story form. The existing offices to the, in the gray, I guess on the on this screen overhead would would remain there's still development additional development potential on the property but This is the first phase of redevelopment for sure
