Thank you, Chair. So through you, I looked into it. And the previous members that sat on the Parcel Tax Rule Review Panel were Councillor Timmons, Thorpe, Turley, and the alternate was Councillor Martman. for as Ms. Mercer said three members of council and an alternate because three must sit on the panel so if one can't make it an alternate in place as for process there is a meeting scheduled however that will be the only meeting of the year is that correct Ms. Mercer yes that's correct so it's just for one meeting April 20th as for process if we could have three volunteers and an alternate volunteer that would be wonderful all right thank you and I see
