That Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2026 No. 4500.259 (to rezone 4545, 4549, and 4559 Hammond Bay Road from Single Dwelling Residential [R1] to Three and Four Unit Residential [R5] with a site-specific provision to allow an existing non-conforming three-unit residential strata with secondary suites) pass first, second and third reading.
