And just a comment. I totally agree with Councillor Brown on this one. I'd like to see staff deal with it, not because it takes up council time, but because it takes up too much time for the person who's, you know, they're trying to get this development finished, and I just think the extra time waiting for it to come to council and the approval, it takes too long and it's so minimal that you think this is something that we know you can take care of.
