Just hang on. There we go. Thank you your worship, and more than anything to say thank you for the press conference that you held and of course our councillor Ian Thorpe and Ms. Donna Hayes, the incredible work that was done that day. But what's so important is I want the public to be very aware of these four items to provide a letter of support to the province for catheterization lab and patient tower at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Direct staff to assist with the promotion of a media campaign for both the catheterization lab and patient tower. Send letters to surrounding municipalities asking for their support by writing to the province requesting catheterization that's such a mouthful. Lab and patient tower at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital and that council advocate whenever possible for the building of a catheterization lab and patient tower at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. So my question to you, your worship, is do we need to move it again at this table to ensure that all four of those to be voted on by council. And just to say, your worship, that the presentation by Ms. Hayes tonight was extraordinary and the work that you and Councillor Thorpe did at that press conference was incredible. And the only way we're going to get these facilities is by advocating to our province. It's not that they don't want to be there for us, it's about money. And we need to fight as much as we can because if we can get on, the less we can get those items sooner and protect the long term future for our residents. So I'm just so in favor of this.

Direct staff to assist with the promotion of a media campaign. We're not anxious to duplicate anything or gild a lilian necessarily, but I think it's important, as Ms. Hayes emphasized so well in her presentation, that we all be in this together. And that means cooperating to the best of our ability the staff at the regional district who have been strongly supportive, ms. Hayes and those she brings to the table as well, and the various physicians and other medical groups in this community who are all strongly in support of this. So I think your concern is duly noted, but I'm not concerned about the wording of it or how it will be conducted. And certainly I think it's fair to say that council and everyone involved will expect their report from time to time as we move down this road. Because as Ms. Hayes emphasized tonight, we are given the distances involved as a most important factor in some respects, grossly underserved north malahat in terms of access to necessary medical care. And I don't offer that as a criticism of any particular government or any period in history, but that's the way it's developed and it is time to reverse that. And that's what this evening has been about in terms of Ms. Hayes'presentation and the recommendations from the mayor's leaders table. So if there's nothing further, all those in favor and any opposed? None. Motion carries. Thank you. The next is the separately addressed consent items and that is the BC energy step code and zero carbon step code implementation.
