That Council consent on behalf of the electors to the adoption of “Regional District of Nanaimo Separate Waste Container Requirement Service Establishment Bylaw No. 1908, 2024” and further, that the Regional District of Nanaimo be notified accordingly.

That Council either: 1. Consent on behalf of the electors to the adoption of “Regional District of Nanaimo Separate Waste Container Requirement Service Establishment Bylaw No. 1908, 2024” and further, that the Regional District of Nanaimo be notified accordingly; or 2. Object to the adoption of “Regional District of Nanaimo Separate Waste Container Requirement Service Establishment Bylaw No. 1908, 2024” and further, that the Regional District of Nanaimo be notified accordingly.
