The Canoe and Kayak Club and the rowing club. I really value. Getting folks out and exercising and competition, and I think it's a beautiful thing that I'd like to see grow and for us to invest in. But that park is a special place to a lot of people, and it would be a crime. Shame to. Replace the large part of the park with a building. And if our green space and our park space. mine. There's a question to have this extra. Community amenity space. And. There's boat storage and we can regattas. And he said, yeah, I think it's. Really well needed, but it's a really postage sized part, and he also said it would be great place to have birthdays in the winter. And yeah, an indoor space that people can use, just like Oliver woods is great, but. Putting it right on a lakefront where there are trees that could potentially be there for a century. Is a name. And I think we need to seriously consider this and look at putting the brakes.

Prino. Then, Councilor Ismir, thank you for worship. And just to say once again, thank you to Councilor Brown. For? He was reading my mind. We don't have to ask for additional taxes. We've got the money. We are. Ready to go. At least it's not additional taxation that would be required to get the projects done. And I think councilor Gesso Brock. It's not temporary. Both of these options are permanent. We know that. I very much feel that council guest Brock is absolutely correct. If there was a way that we could take it back if we had more space on the back so we could put the building further back. Of course, that would be a better option. The biggest concern that's held me all along through this is that we have one chance. To get this done. And. The fact for me, the deciding factor was definitely when I hear that the first. Option is the larger option that's important for the future of this park, because I do believe that we are continue to have a number. Of. Rowers. And kayakers. We need this space for the future development of the sport. So I'll. Go with the. I'll vote in favor of this, but I got to tell you this one is a very difficult decision, and I really appreciate councilor's debate on this.
