It was moved and seconded that Council appoint Councillor Hemmens as the trustee to the Vancouver Island Regional Library Board of Trustees for the January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 term. It was moved and seconded that Council appoint Councillor Maartman as the alternate to the Vancouver Island Regional Library Board of Trustees for the January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 term.
