That Council direct Staff to include the following topics on the 2024-OCT-28 Governance and Priorities Committee Meeting schedule, subject to Staff’s discretion if items need to be deferred due to the size of the agenda: - Incentives that support City Plan - Amenity Cost Charge Bylaw Project - Development Cost Charge Bylaw Update Project - DPA8 Form and Character Design Guidelines
