It was a long conversation. Okay? Yeah. Conversation of the design advisory panel as well, and. There's a lot of love for those two trees, but totally understand just because of the placement of them, and they're already sort of starting to lean. So. There's a lot of love for the big mature trees along Wesley street, but I think given how great the plan looks and the fact that we seem to have a plan to replace them. And you've got a lot of other columnar trees along there. It's going to be a really nice project. And just big thanks to the design advisory panel. Further work on. This. Some of the changes, like. The move to the full bed. Brick, I think is going to look really good. You also change. The fact that some of the first floor units did have balconies going down or stairs. Going down to Franklin street, and I think that's a really smart change that you made. There. So, yeah. Credit to the design panel and to your team for the result that we see here.

So there are 53. Residential multifamily units. That's great. My concern is that there are parking spaces for 41. Does that allow? Obviously, not everyone will necessarily have a car. What about the commercial? Piece I'm just worried about.
