is just for staff. But I'm just curious. It makes mention of within the time frame of the tup. To align to city plan. Why not just skip the top and go right to rezoning? Why we sorry? Why not
City staff answered
street worship? Why not rezone it at this point? Yeah. I think just in light of the process involved, I guess. In the time given. That currently the zoning bylaws under review as well. Okay, so this may be corrected through. The city led resonance. That would be the intention.
