Council Prino: Thank you, chair. I just want to ask, in the discussion in our report, it talks about parking. Spaces with EV charging and electric scooter bicycle charging, and I'm just wondering how many are you accommodating for that?
A guest answered
Is that part of the discussion? It is part of the discussion. Sorry, is that Robin? No. In most of our project, actually, all of them. Now we're doing energy management systems, and one of our tenants is Jez. Cam that we did the building for in Boxwood, and we've been working with them. At trying to figure out the most feasible way because we hold on to the assets. So we have to live with it. And I actually came up in an EV today. After driving one. I think everything has to be energized at one point, so
City staff answered
we haven't actually determined the amount, but the intention is to be able to energize the whole parking. Okay, great. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks, Rob. So this is the main floor. So this is the level with the gray. I'll just. Start at the left and work around. The gray would be the commercial facing both Franklin and Wesley. And then we come around. With pink and green would be units fronting Franklin and then. Not sure what it is on screen. Maybe a pinkish purple. If you can read it, it says amenity space. This is sort of a condition we're using to sort of separate the two volumes, so. We call this an l shaped building. Problem with an l shape building is you create these inside corners which don't have a lot of perimeter wall for the units. It's not as great. You don't get as many windows, and that kind of. Thing. So we're pulling this apart. Bring the amenity space in a sort of breezeway. Between the two volumes, the sort of volume facing vertically are aligned with Robson and then the other volume facing West Franklin, connecting those with a breezeway. And that allows for better corner conditions on the units, but it also allows for this amenity. Space that we're planning for workspace, yoga space. Maybe a gym, kids playroom, things like that as you go up the building. So, next slide, please. Again. The standard level three and four would be standard on the left and then on the right, you have the half. The standard floor will be 15 units of floor, and then. The half. The fifth story on the right would be ten units, and then a little bit of. Rooftop amenity over top of that breezeway. That kind of blends in with the level below, but that's what showing on screen, so next slide, please. So here we have some 3d. So the importance of this image is really the frontage facing Wesley, and we understand the importance of that streetscape in that corner. And this is early conceptual stacking of how we're trying to step down from five. Facing Robson to burying one floor, the park aid and the slope, and then also three stories above. That and then stepping down to one story commercial unit facing Wesley on the corner of Franklin there. And. We feel that helps address the low rise, historic character of Wesley, and we're going to be paying a lot of attention, as I'm sure Bill's team will be to how that develops as this goes along. So, next slide, please. And in here. You can see how the walkout condition, how. We're sort of covering the parcade of Franklin and then the front doors will come. Down and cover that. You can see the step on Wesley in the background there. You can see. Solar potential on the rooftop with a little bit of green. Rooftop terrace and then that stacks over top of that amenity space or breezeway space that I was talking about earlier and then the volume facing Robson with the walkout condition with a lobby. And a couple of units would be in the parking entrance facing robs and believe that's. It? And next slide, please.
