Yeah, fair. Thank you. Yeah, I mean, my question, were I able to ask one, would just be about the conditions of the rezoning which are listed and just whether those conditions have been met. But if that's not an appropriate question to ask, and it seems like it's not, then my comment would be like as a new councillor coming into this when it's already been to public hearing and we're not allowed to ask more questions or take in any information beyond what's been made available in the staff report and, you know, watching the available videos and reading the public hearing submissions and the minutes from the public hearing, recognizing that the public hearing video isn't actually available, which is, I find unfortunate. I just haven't been able to get to a yes on this, so I will be voting in opposition, just recognizing those constraints that I really felt as a new Councillor coming in at this point. Thank you.
