LEAP Review Update and Next Steps
Motion
That Council direct Staff to conduct a further review of the LEAP program, prepare a scope of work, and explore expanding the review to incorporate broader barriers to Parks, Recreation and Culture (PRC) programs and services, to be brought forward to ACAI for approval in 2027.
