It was moved and seconded that Council issue Development Permit No. DP1200 for a mixed-use residential and commercial development at 155 Fry Street with the following variances to: - increase the maximum allowable building height from 18.00m to 18.87m; and - increase the maximum allowable percentage of small car parking spaces from 40% to 52%.
