Officer Designation and Delegation of Authority Bylaw and Zoning Bylaw Amendment - Servicing Officer Amendments

To introduce the “Officer Designation and Delegation of Authority Bylaw 2026 No. 7353.05”, which is an amendment to designate positions within the City as Servicing Officers; and to introduce the “Zoning Bylaw 2026 No 4500.257”, which is a concurrent update to the Zoning Bylaw that will allow certain zoning provisions to be applicable based on the lot area and dimensions prior to road dedication required by a Servicing Officer.
