To provide a summary of the 933 Park Ave - Phase 2 engagement process, and seek Council’s direction for a preferred land use option before updating the Park Avenue Concept Plan.

That Council: 1) advise Staff which land use option should be incorporated into the draft Park Avenue Concept Plan; and, 2) direct Staff to return to Council with an updated Park Avenue Concept Plan for consideration of endorsement.
