That “Facility Development Reserve Fund Amendment Bylaw No. 7217.01” (housekeeping amendment) pass first reading. 3. That “Facility Development Reserve Fund Amendment Bylaw No. 7217.01” pass second reading. 4. That “Facility Development Reserve Fund Amendment Bylaw No. 7217.01” pass third reading.
