That Council direct Staff to submit Expressions of Interest under the Build Communities Strong Fund Direct Delivery stream for the following projects; i. Public Works Yard Update; ii. Millstone Trunk Sewer from East Wellington to Westwood; iii. Loudon Park Improvements; and iv. Stadium District Amenity Buildings.
